1. How long do Bubs Candles typically burn?

Bubs Candles come in so many shapes and sizes so it really depends upon the size of the candle and the conditions in which it is burned. Our shortest burn time is 1 hr and our longest is 30hr.

2. Are Bubs Candles made with natural ingredients?

Yes, Bubs Candles are made with 100% natural ingredients. We use a blend of high-quality soy wax and premium fragrance oils to create our unique scents.

3. How should I care for my Bubs Candle?

To ensure the best burn and longevity of your Bubs Candle, we recommend the following care tips:

• Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
• Allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours on the first use to create an even wax pool.
• Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep the candle away from drafts, flammable objects, and out of reach of children and pets.
• To always place a plate or tray underneath to allow the wax to drip onto.

4. Can I customize the scent of my Bubs Candle?

At this time, we do not offer custom scent options. However, we have a wide variety of unique scents available for you to choose from.

5. Do Bubs Candles come with a warranty?

Bubs Candles do not come with a warranty. However, if you experience any issues with your candle, please contact us at Hello@bubscandles.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Can I return or exchange my Bubs Candle?

We have a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened candles. If you would like to return or exchange your candle, please contact us at Hello@bubscandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at Hello@bubscandles.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

No currently we do not ship international, only within the UK.
